Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice.  All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.  Standard shipping is UPS.  If shipment exceeds UPS normal limits, a "Common Carrier" will be selected.

Labeltronix may ask for the following information about you and your organization: First and Last Name, Title, Company Name, e-mail address, address, and payment information. Labeltronix maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your e-mail address or mailing address will not be sold or rented to a third party.

If you sign up for an e-mail newsletter, trial download, sample, or contact us through a form at the Labeltronix site, you may receive occasional follow-up e-mails from us to inform you of product promotions or news.

At anytime, if you wish to be removed from our newsletter or customer list you may request to be removed by e-mailing digest@labeltronix.com. Removals are usually done within 24 hours.

Returns & Replacements

Merchandise may be returned within the first thirty (30) days after shipment form Labeltronix only if it's in a new, unused condition, and in original packaging with all documentation, accessosries, and the RMA # written on the shipping label and packing slip.  A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to all returns.
Ordering

All orders placed Monday-Friday(excluding Holidays) before 2pm PT will begin processing that day and will ship next day pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed after 2pm PT will begin processing the following business day and ship within 48 hours.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PT will be shipped out the following business day.

Labeltronix accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Viewing Orders

An order verification will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as your order is received. If for some reason you do not receive an order verification, that means there was an error in the ordering process. If this occurs, please contact us at buy@labeltronix.com.  If you email us after hours we will respond the morning of the following business day.

Try any of our stock labels, ribbons, and/or supplies for 30 dats.  If you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for a full refund or credit, less shipping and handling charges (authorization number required).
